I don’t know if you are being legit or not, but even if you were to pay me I wouldn’t be able to do.  
I didn’t make the original gif. Slowderpyguy did. If he were to remake the gif to your specifications, then I could color that version.  
As it stands, “animating” isn’t something I can do or do even very well. I can only color the frames and even that is hard for me to do.

looking back at the original Gif, I actually might be able to lower the cut, but since there is not “pussy” present in the original gif, it would actually be from the teats since that is the lowest I would be able to go in an edit without completely fucking up entire gif.
