I’m on the Amazon Underground version, and this is the third wave for me. At least I think it’s the third, it took me a few days to update since the updater got stuck somehow.
 
I dunno why the poster keeps quoting the handslip price there, it actually costs however many hits it takes to randomly draw the necessary ribbons. For the Amazon Underground version it’s one gem each, which isn’t that bad. Of course, we get screwed on minor event availability instead.

I’d just never thought of people describing Pinkie Pie as being “topless”, despite the fact that the mane six and most of the ponies in Ponyville are “nudist” most the time. XD

If you look at the picture in the description,  
Pinkie is topless.

I know for sure that I have Rarity’s full outfit and Dash’s vest from this set already. It goes good with her “Dasherina” hair/tail. Makes her look all punky.
 
I’m on iOS and just checked though. There isn’t anything for the fashion show for me today, so i think you’re right. Guess they’re letting android play catch up.

Oh… I’m actually not sure about that, and I was playing it on android OS which cause the differences, maybe?
 
I think the android version received the update later than the iOS version, and maybe that’s the reason why I didn’t see this “wave” come before, I think?

This was actually the first wave. Apparently it’s looping back around? I thought there was another set we hadn’t seen yet in the preview images, but maybe I’m crazy.
