From my own perspective it could be a few things.
 
  1. Power - To ingest one is to most likely lead to their death and THAT could give one a power trip. Like when people get that ‘high’ after killing someone.(Not trying to be like… disturbing here as I don’t fully understand it myself.) and it doesn’t even have to be shown. The implications are enough.
     
  2. Feeling - The sensations of being ‘squeezed upon’ is also pleasant. Like a full body massage.
     
  3. Trust - Sex can have strong connotations with emotions and therefore a ‘deeper’ trust could mean a strong sensation.(Think about how ‘passionate’ people can get when they have a stronger connection.) That being said… the trust needed to allow yourself to be devoured can resonate with that feeling.
     
    I couldn’t honestly tell you as I don’t share this particular fetish so powerfully as others. These are my observations. They could be VERY wrong, but… that is my opinion.
