Ah! “The same people” was a bit vague, hence my comment. It could be taken to mean “a different company is animating the show”.
 
I agree, of course! Having observed how the show is made over the years, I don’t think it’s non-stop pony for people in some departments. So that they can keep working, I think once production in one show is done, people work on others (or work for different companies). Over time, I’d expect that the people working on a given show would change over time. 6-7 years is a long time to work on any given show!

Unpopular opinion time:
 
I know this isn’t completly related to the gif, but after all these months of reviewing closely, frame by frame the animation of MLP, doing more than 1000 gifs, I conclude that the season with best animation is S3. Why? There are some things the the newer seasons have lost, and I’m talking about little details as a good blink in the eyes (in S6 I rarely see one, or a bit of fluent in basic movements. Since today, I haven’t seen an episode that surpassed “Sleepless in Ponyville” in the meaning of fluently, below you will see a gif that I did a few months ago of Sweetie Belle, which it’s just flawless.

But hey! I’m not saying at all that the current animation is bad, the background improved a lot and is amazing, and we have a lot of pretty awesome animation moments, but in general, I feel that the S3 animation were more fluent and equable. I only wanted to share my opinion, I would like to say everything in a better way, but there are some things that I’m not sure how to express them in English :p
