If she could use it and still be a good guy, a yellow ring might fit her well too. There’s at least a half-dozen episodes that show in one way or another that when Fluttershy’s not terrified, she can be terrifying instead… Particularly when she’s protecting somepony else. (I also like the irony of the meekest and gentlest of the group being the most legitimately intimidating.)

well there was >>1174199, but it looks totally different from all the others so i didn’t think it was a part of the same set.
I thought it also had a White Lantern Celestia. Am I remembering that wrong?

Forgot, Star Sapphires also cover Mania (obssessive love) as well. Note the emotional entity for the Violet Light, The Predator, is explicitly stated to embody love that isn’t tempered by any any other emotion.
Considering how the Rings that aren’t close to the center much more strongly afffect their users, this explains why Star Sapphires are kind of crazy.
I agree, the Violet Light is more about romantic love or love otherwise directed at a single thing. (Also considering how Star Sapphires tend to wear more revealing uniforms than the other corps, I assumed the Violet Light also covers lust to a degree)
The Indigo Light of compassion is more akin to an unconditional love of all living things, which is closer to Fluttershy’s personality.
IE, the Star Sapphires are more about Eros (and probably overlapping with Venus), while the Indigo Light is much closer to Agape.
