well if there is steam in 100 degree temp, you would get severe burns, so it has to be zero steam, and extremely low humidity, too.

finnish? don’t you have those zero steam/100 degree temp saunas there?
Maybe it’s the towel? I don’t know much about Saunas, but don’t you normally wear nothing in there? Thus if someone is using a towel over a body part that could get wrinkles, maybe it would actually end up being pruned? Just a guess
Also don’t forget, ponies are not actually naked, at least not in the same way as we humans are, they are covered in fur. So aside for the horn we can chalk it up to just her fur being wet and hanging down.

I’ve spent shitloads of time in saunas, what with being Finnish, and I can’t say I’ve ever had pruned skin from it.
Spending too much time in a sauna may result in burns or even death, which is going to require medical help or funeral arrangements.
