Unredeemable is an actual word. Uncle Google can confirm it by simple search.  
Spoiled was only introduced to make Diamond Tiara look better, everybody knows that. Do I enjoy her less because of that? Nope.  
She seems unredeemable. She convinced her daughter to despise blank flanks and ponies from other towns. While maybe not unforgivable, it wasn’t definetely a good thing to do.  
She’s also a snobbish, rich byay. From her pointy muzzle, to the way she insults other characters or even the way she speaks. She was simply designed to be hated.

She’s irredeemable (not unredeemable; that’s not a word, or at least Firefox’s spellcheck doesn’t think it is) in the worst way. She’s not a villain who did something so bad that she cannot be forgiven; she’s a flat, annoying stereotype who came into existence solely to absolve her daughter of her irredeemable actions, with no hope of ever getting any actual character beyond the stereotype. May she never appear again. The Flim Flam Brothers fill the unredeemed role better, even if they aren’t irredeemable per se; Tirek probably fits best in the truly irredeemable category.
