Agreed, plus it makes ’em a bit more recognizable.
They were ok, but kinda tedious at times. Especially, in SA2 when they downgraded your ability to only sense one emerald at a time. (Never got why they changed that.)
I loved Pumpkin Hill & Mad Space though.

Tags say otherwise, I’m guessing AJ is a coyote, Fluttershy is a fox, Pinkie is a bunny, and Dash as a hedgehog
I think Pinkie is the only none cat.
I’m pretty sure Twilight and Rarity are the only cats.
