See, for me, that just makes me think the name should be something else. I’d rather not have a character named after a recreational drug with a host of terrible side effects. Besides, why can’t it just be for decoration? If it’s the sort of thing that becomes associated with clubs of this kind, you’ll undoubtedly find individuals who will wear it just because it’s something ubiquitous with the club environment, not because they intend to use it for the purpose it was originally brought for.

The one with the pacifier should be named Molly.
 
Molly is another name for Ecstasy. People wear pacifiers at raves when they do Ecstasy to deal with the jaw-clenching side effects of the drug.
 
There is the added bonus that Molly was a gen3 pony, which makes it even more canon.
