As Lyra is turning her body around, her outfit disappears. Seems like an animator forgotten to add on her clothes for that split moment when Lyra is facing us and when Pinkie’s face takes over the screen.

Lyra, how scandalous!
It really is a split second, too. When Pinkie says she feels a song coming on and pushes Starlight out the door, we see Lyra in her outfit in that position, and then as Pinkie and Starlight get as close as they’re going to get to the screen, Lyra is suddenly standing in the second position without the outfit, and then again in a third facing more to the left. She was just drawn differently in what can’t be more than two or three frames.
