I love the slight transparency of Trixie’s cape.

The expressions on this piece are perfect.

Needs a caption. “When your new friend’s partner is your ex,” or something like that.

Trixie: “Is the great princess Twilight so insecure that the mere sight of the Great and Powerful Trixie enough to make her fear for losing her marefriend?”  
Twilight: “Starlight is NOT my marefriend! I just don’t like her being around a bad influence like you!”  
Trixie: “Hah! Jealousy is an ugly thing, princess. Trixie has already stolen this fair filly’s heart!”  
Twilight: “If you must know, my marefriend lives in a parallel universe accessed through a magic mirror that turns her into a bipedal, hairless ape when she is there so as to pass as one of the locals.”  
Trixie: “What a pathetic falsehood! Do you take Trixie for a fool?”  
Twilight: (muttering) “Well, if the horseshoe fits…”
