As mentioned in his bio, Koren develops fire magic when he’s older. (At some point before his age seen here) There was a lot of trial and error. And a lot of burned skin and scorched fur. Thankfully Celestia has some pretty boss healing magic. By the time he’s an adult, he’s a flashy fire magic expert that can cook a meal with a snap of his fingers. He also has a strong command of the basics and some other advanced spell work, like runes and wards, though he never got the hang of teleportation. Have you ever been stuck in between a teleport? Yeah, you never want to be, trust his word on that. He’d rather fly.
 
For a while I just had him naked. But for some reason that didn’t sit right with me. Like omg I can’t expose his Disney censored crotch to the little-uns. So this strange wrap of cloth around his waste is like a… short sarong? Honestly it’s that weird thing Link wears at the start of Twilight Princess sans the shirt. I have no idea what that’s called. Can anybody tell me, I’m legit curious.
