Artists only draw because they want to draw. Asking them to make something they don’t want to is incredibly selfish, and stupid, so be thankful for when they DO draw what you like.
Actually it’s the other way around, there is literally more inflation than pregnancy in Derpibooru alone, so no worries.

Fat is tagged on over 9100 pics while pregnant is only on over 5200.
If anything we need more preg focused artists that specialize in that area.
