If anything, Garble’s “chest ridge” is even more pronounced that Ember’s.
Guess I fell into the pit of confirmation bias there, didn’t I?
You guys know Garble kinda has that “chest corner” too, it’s just not as curved as hers.
It’s not as pronounced, but it’s definitely there, so I’m willing to chalk this up to artistic license:

Like I said, it’s fairly standard in animation.
It’s a way of saying “Hey, look, this character is female, even though she doesn’t technically have mammaries.”
They’re not really boobs, and it’s not for no reason. ;)
Or you could look at it as someones poor attempts at giving her boobs for no reason.
That’s fairly standard in stylized non-human/non-mammalian females. You could hand-wave it as being flight muscles or the fire lung or something like that.
