I certainly hope they show Spike’s childhood, and that he wasn’t just some pet and/or a servant. I know he’s not, but it’d still be nice to see more from the mentioned heartwarming stuff like Spike and Twilight’s Hearths Warming tradition. Also, it’d be cute to see Spike and Celestia be interacting more, rather than him just writing the letters and answering her call jazz.

Spike, the previous tweet asked if Spike matured through infancy way faster than a pony would. Which would actually mean that Spike spent his first Hearthswarming with Twilight.
