It’s Tender Taps. But the artist has an OT3 of the tagged characters, with Spike not being present in the image itself.
Probably because SpikeBloom is a popular pairing. Or artist’s preference. Idk.

Personally, to put it in the nicest way I can, I call it just another ship I don’t care for, but I’m just more picky about my ships. I prefer ships that make sense, not ones that just seem kind of random.
