It’s a bit subtle, but the clues are there.
 
  • Cake Fiend Celestia has no cake of her own.  
  • Twilight’s using her magic to feed cake to Celestia  
  • Not only did Twilight give Celestia her highly prized tip of the cake, if you look close enough, you can also see that Twilight gave her cherry (taken from the back of the cake) to Celestia.  
  • The two are happy, fluffy, adorable, and having fun together  
  • Luna is bored and probably thinking: I came back from the moon for this or maybe Did I leave the iron on?
     
    So clearly Twi and ’Tia are in a serious long-term relationship, lol.
