I think the same way he got in through the door that is smaller than him.
Everything’s smaller when you’re older.
His muscles are just so big that you can’t see them in this scene.
That is “secret” clubhouse. This is the actual size of the clubhouse, but when they are alone the clubhouse even has the second floor. I don’t know how they managed to do it. Ask Applebloom.
Either they shrunk it or expanded made the character models bigger.
