Right now all the sjw I just a bunch of whiny rich college students, maybe they’d start a petition to ban the movie, but we’d all probably ignore it like we always do.  
I might be wrong though, a lot of modern movies when in production have diversity consultant to make sure the movie has enough black people and that’s rather silly.

You know what? That is sadly true.  
Parody movies have become crappy nowadays, after Scary Movie brought them back and the first 2, and even the 3rd to an extent were great, but after that, everybody tried copying them and it was pretty much bogged full of crappy cash-grabs. I haven’t seen a parody movie in a while, actually. Maybe it truly is dead.

Of course a movie like Airplane! would be showing today. If it were made today and probably be bumped up to a PG-13, R rated movies usually have nudity.  
A movie like this couldn’t exist today because Hollywood has completely forgotten what a parody movie is.
