Do you even know anything about how the avatar works? While you may THINK it is of “bedroom eyes material”, it simply is not. This image is perfectly SAFE and this is coming from someone who owns the same brand of avatar. Also, telling someone to “stfu” to end a conversation is pretty immature and can draw the attention of others against you in a negative light, so don’t do it.
