In the original fic this picture is based on, Celly teleports Twilight to safety and is killed by the dragon.
I think. It’s been awhile.
I bet it’s that. I hear unicorns are delicious.
Or maybe she wants to sacrifice Twilight to dragon and so save everypony.
I think she knows that they are lost and she teleports Twilight to the safe zone, so she could buy more time for everyone to escape. And ofc Twilight is not happy with Celestia’s sacrifice.
I mean, I comprehend the general structure, dragon isabout to attack Celestia and Twilight. What I don’t get is what is Celestia doing with her horn, and why does it look like she’s about to kill Twilight rather than, you know, grab her in telekinesis and fly away from the dragon.
