No, I mean the Women’s Championship, not the Diva’s Championship. Someone hasn’t been paying attention.
Entrance Music: Tomorrow Is Mine
Finisher: Trendsetter DDT
What, you mean the title that was won by a man, then converted into a butterfly following a wrestling themed The Bachelor, then shunted into the preshow of Wrestlemania?
Nah, man, you wanna prove a woman wrestler is the best? Have her take away a title meant for men. :3
You’re right and wrong They don’t call it that but it does read heavyweight since they brought the white belt back. Also Rarity as IC champ works well in terms of her place in the cast.
The Double Diamond, which is a from the top ropes suplex immediately followed by a Kimura lock.
You’re right. I’d misread where Titan Sports, Inc. became World Wrestling Federation, Inc., which happened on May 6, 1998. Then it became World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. a year later.
WWF became WWE sometime in 2002.
Not really. I just knew that when I watched WWF/E, it wasn’t called Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship, just Intercontinental Championship. So I looked it up and found it was called that until 1992. And I remembered that the WWF uses a stylized Double W as it’s logo after becoming the WWE. Then I was curious about WHEN WWF became WWE, though I remembered it was around 2000. So another quick look revealed it was in 1998.
But I do have an eclectic repertoire of random factoids in my brain from my variety of interests. Like Deadpool was named Wade Wilson by Rob Liefeld after he showed his first drawing of Deadpool to Fabian Nicieza and he said “That’s Deathstroke.”
So, Rob apparently decided that “screw it, let’s go hole-hog and call him Wade Wilson”.
LOL! :D
You seem to be a Expert of the Pro Wrestling History! :)
