Emerald looks around the room to make sure he doesn’t miss anything.
 
It’s mostly full of empty cages. The table is clear of items, though dirty with dark stains. The vials next to the table seemed to be pretty well plugged in, and are empty anyway.
 
The drawers however contain all sorts of surgical tools. Particularly, Emerald spots a bone saw and takes it. Hopefully he won’t have to use it on anyone…
 
Emerald then steps out of the room and continues down the stairs.
 
Eventually he comes to another door, though the stairs continue down. There is no keyhole on this door, and putting his ear up to the door he doesn’t hear or smell anything. He can however, see what appears to be sunlight filtering in through the bottom of the door.
