Description
Poster for the Ponibooru film night showing of Metroid: Other M. The film will be starting at around 7pm EST on Friday the 28th/12am Saturday the 29th of September.
MLP:FiM isn’t the only franchise to have dramas, every series are vulnerable to it, and has to be properly dealt.
Considering that Sakamoto was the co-creator of the franchise and that Team Ninja was the one responsible for games like Dead or Alive, I have trouble believing that the sexist undertones in the game were Sakamoto’s fault.
Anyway, here’s this week’s film for those brave souls that wish to view it.

If you mean Fusion, yes I have, if you mean Other M, hahahahahe NO, I’m not going back to play that.
Even his clones don’t go down easy!
Try fighting him on hard then you’ll know what true fear (or rage) is.
Not quite, he is official 100% dead and gone in Other M and Fusion.(so far that is)
He is just like Nemesis.
Not to mention that her voice actress in Other M was terrible. Seriously why didn’t they just bring back Jen Hale? I know she’s the Tara Strong of video game voice acting, but come on.
Someone wouldn’t shut up about the Megaman fan movie but we are not doing that one now are we…
Guess we’re gonna have to see if they do a Super Metroid remake where Samus isn’t a robot the player controls.
Hyper Beam rampage? That’s all you, the player.
And that’s not the conclusion I drew. That’s the exact opposite of it. Just saying that her panicking when Ridley showed up was pretty much the only part of her Other M characterization I didn’t hate.
It would have been a shining moment of drama in the game… if Samus hadn’t already slaughtered Ridley half a dozen times before canonically. If it was the first time the two met after Samus’ childhood, or even the first time he got revived, then it would have been a good moment.
For the sake of fairness, we won’t count Metroid Fusion because it takes place after Metroid Other M.
I’ll be here but you could of picked a REAL movie….
What about Metroid Zero Mission? What about her Expressions in Metroid Prime? What about the ending of Metroid II? What about her Hyper Beam rampage in Super Metroid?
She HAS been characterized, only very subtly, Granted, most of it was open to interpretatio, but tell me, would you EVER draw the conclusion that Samus is some generic waifu?
