With the exception of twilight, the others are really not that threatening. They only defeat the villains due to acting as the activation button to an “I win” laser.
 
They’re not the avengers or weapons of mass destruction (besides twilight), they’re just normal ponies. Even twilight, as strong as she is, isn’t that unstoppable– though, she should seriously be able to curb stomp these three here. just by popping out of the net and shooting them.

Hard to remember that these are the same heroines who took down Nightmare Moon, Discord, Sombra, and Tirek when I see them being manhandled this easily. Or are they sort-of like those Golden Age heroes and their weird weaknesses – when facing normal ponies, they become helpless?
