I don’t think it’s gonna be a remake; there already was the G4 Smooze (which IMO was hugely disappointing), it’s most likely probably just gonna be a G4 movie that may happen to have some G1 characters (Applejack obviously but they may include Moondancer too).
I’ve seen all of them twice.
