Well, Keldeo is based on MLP:FiM most likely, so I was wondering too, but then I noticed that thisone has gotten a cutiemark. Futher I don’t see any changes

Well, people anthropomorphize regular ponies all the time to various degrees despite the fact ponies in the show are anthropomorphic creatures. So the answer is simple… you make it more of a pony than it already is.
