Actually, kids that break their own arm or whatever wind up less afraid of breaking their bones then kids that only ever thought of it happening to them/saw it happening to others. It has to do with the visceral experience of going through it and coming back out basically ok, a first hand knowledge that it’s not that bad nor the end of the world.
 
So yeah, Limestone would actually be more likely to get traumatized than Mascara.

Now that is an imposing hospital. Made of a single geode, with pointy-rock windows and giant pointy rocks not quite below the windows to mark where the door is, and surrounded by a Stonehenge just in case anyone wants to ritualistically sacrifice anyone on a stone-slab altar. Do they have a shop? Does it sell obsidian daggers?

Imply? That’s how shy people are(I know it because i was shy too). They are actually very talkative around someone they know longer. I think the reason why Marble talks normally to Anon is because he’s something she’ve never seen. If you remember well, Fluttershy was also more talkative when she met the animals.

Judging by her sudden change in personality in that last panel, this comic seems to imply that Marble is only ever really shy whenever she’s with strangers or just non-related people in general with the exception of those she finds really attractive like Anon.
