Considering plutonic intrusions commonly feature over 100 square kilometers of exposed surface area, this is actually more like a small variety of an intrusion known as a “stock”. It is probably connected to a laccolith close to the surface since it seems to be located at the top of a hill.
 
Such a piece of bedrock likely weighs in the realm of hundreds of thousands to billions of tonnes, and lifting it a about 1.6 meters is a work of tens of gigajoules to tens of terajoules. That means that, in terms of possible kinetic energy output, our displaced human should have the capacity to decimate multi-story buildings up towards villages and small towns with a single punch.
 
Not as powerful as Saitama, but still damn impressive.
