The scroll should still exist in about half of the timelines. The Sombra, Nightmare Moon, and Flim Flam timelines should still have it, while the Chrysalis and Discord ones have a decent chance of having it.
Or remember that she can easily master a spell from either a book or observing other unicorns.
Starlight’s alteration of the spell would send Starlight back to the flight camp whenever Twilight tried to use it, which means that, if Twilight found the original spell, it wouldn’t have Starlight’s alterations on it, leaving Starlight lost forever.
The spell kept throwing twilight back into the bad future, though. That’s why she couldn’t fix things within the context of the new past :<
