What has that got to do with Bulk Biceps not looking at us?
Of course all the ponies are looking at the viewer, because it is a photograph and they’re all looking at the pony taking the picture. Photo Finish has been depicted as taking ponies’ pictures before. Photo Finish is not in this picture, but she has just as much right to be among this group as anypony else. Of course, where else would the photographer be but behind the lens?

With all the fan material that the fandom makes and that Hasbro puts in, us bronies are pretty much are giving them ideas galore on episodes that they can make. Plus with having the CMC with their cutie marks now in helping others with theirs, it has more of a lengthened generation if not the start of a new one at some point. But the Hasbro president did confirm a year or 2 ago that the FIM generation does go clear up to 9 seasons (about 4-6 more years).

As far as it’s known, we have a total of 9 seasons (4 more seasons booked), unless Hasbro decides on adding more or creating a 5th generation focusing on a more grown up CMC, and others. They aren’t going to just up and treat the fandom like crap when it comes down to the series.
Season 6 is still confirmed, right? :s
