I miss Lysok terribly, and I’m a little saddened to see that someone would try to pass his work off as a hoax like this. RIG posted the image earlier, but if you want to see it and the story behind it then the title is “A Story in Stones” and it can be found here:

This image was one that he had wanted me to include in our collaboration story of “Zenith,” most notably in the first scenes of the ruined city of Pursopolis, but we were unable to fit the Fausticorn into either of our fanon interpretations.
 
Lysok has been out of the fandom for nearly two years now, and his absence is one reason why I have been unable to continue the work on the story that his art inspired and which his support fueled. It doesn’t feel good to see his art used like this.

But the billion dollar questions are that if this is possibly (I’m just saying if that this is possibly real) real:
