Alright man, I was the guy who drew that, and thanks for your critique!
I agree with what you pointed out. I do draw stuff with a significant level of impacience, so I tend draw somewhat fast and overlook somethings. I guess that little “cut” on the tongue was automatic and simply happened, but I don’t mean to justify how I drew.

Like I said, don’t know art terms, sorry.
The cheeks and chin look like the belong on an old man, while the tongue feels it is cut at the lips. Those are the only three things that are overly off. The rest is minor nitpicks that really wouldn’t make that big of a difference or add to the overall pic.
I respect your opinion, but I inform you that it was not traced.
What would you think that would make this a not bad attempt?
