How can Marina’s attracting Appeal be explained? :)

I’m in Team Money, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Big Man gets this event win again.

I realised the current (or upcoming) Splatfest is basically the Money-Fame-Love-Splatfest again:
Money (a-duh!), doing something that (you and) others remember, and giving something that comes from the heart.

There already is a manga series, so the most possible anime would be an adaptation of that.

As a movie the most fitting plot would be a retelling of the first game’s story mode:
A newcomer arrives to Inkopolis, tries to make a name for themselves, and eventually gets recruited by Cap’n Cuttlefish to fight the Octarians and save the Great Zapfish.
The thing is, I can’t see aproper retelling of this without Cuttlefish rating about the “Octos” and the Octarians having anti-squid propaganda all over the place. Also, as far as I see the plot for Splatoon 2 and the fanart of it, Agent 3, the hero, gets hardened, and turns from an innocent, young Inkling to a bitter veteran.
In the first part of the movie, Agent 3 get defeated in their first Turf War and gets told by an Inkling from the other team “Go home, rookie. You just slow everyone down.”, and at the end defeates the same Inkling in Turf War, looks down to them and goes: “… pathetic.”

How many Splatoon Fans would approve of the Franchise being put into an Anime-type Series or Movie?

Now to get the big three in Splatoon 3.
Then I somewhat completed the masterpiece.

I imagine something similar to the Planet of the Apes Prequels.
A small group of humans managed to survive, but must now face the marine life animals that left the sea and create their own society.
Humans with guns battling cavesquids, octopusses, and jellyfish, and primitive, feral salmons.

Or, they world is big, and we only know so few places. Maybe there is yet another society of Inklings and Octolings that developed very different.

Okay Splatoon X Super Mario Sunshine is a obvious one because of the Gimmick that was in the Game.

What type of Crossover would Splatoon Fans genuinly like to see? :)

One thing about the idols I want to point out: Callie and Marie are the only idols that have not an confirmed surname.
Marina Ida, Pearl Houzuki, Shiver Hohojiro, Frye Onaga, and Big Man Manta (or Manda?).
Callie and Marie are both the grandaughters of Cap’n Craig Cuttlefish, so they have a connection to the Cuttlefish family, but it’s not confirmed how the family tree evolved. Plus, in Splatoon 2, Marie’s haori bears the Kensaki clan crest, implying she has some connection to the Kensaski family, and therefore Toni Kensa.

Hmm yeah, it’s certainly something how most Splatoon Fans get completly Bonkers over some of these Characters XD (Oh and absolutely the sheer overly Obsession for Shiver is a bit odd to me aswell XD)

Beside Marina, Agent 8 is the first playbale Octopus and the first good-guy Octopus beside Marina, and the only character playbale in more than two games.
Callie and Marie are some kind of mascots to the series, and have majore roles in the three main story modes.
Not sure what people get off Shiver, I’m more of a Big Man fanboy. Maybe because it’s theoriesed she’s trans(?)
