Any’a you blokes, ever heard of a Luna moth? ‘Cause I hadn’t ‘til this mornin’.
Found a description of one on the web, researchin’ possible changelin’ names. Looked up the pic and thought it was a pretty flamin’ gnarly lookin’ bug. Asked a few of my Seppo mates if any’a they’d seen ‘em. And if they were as cool lookin’ in the flesh (so to speak) as Photshopped professional photography made the things looked. The blokes that had seen ‘em agreed that they are a pretty groovy insect. I got a bit of an idea in my noggin’ to use its wing design to create a Luna changelin’. My changelin’ lovin’ mates considered that a flamin’ sterling idea.
So stitchin’ together; Luna, Nightmare Moon, Queen Chrysalis and a the picture of one from the wiki page, I knocked this together for ’em.

Me too. Some of them have nice bits of information in them about the picture and/or the characters on them. Then there’s the funny ones and the ones that have a detailed “mini-fanfic” kind of story in them. They’re worth reading.

I like the choice of moth you picked as an inspiration for her wing design.
I thought about it mate.
Just so’s you know, I got the idea and vectored the wings from a picture of an Actias Luna. Commonly known as the Luna Moth. I wanted to keep the wing structure as near as I could to the original’s while still makin’ it apparent that they’re Luna’s(/NMM’s) gorgeous eyes.
