So, it’s not like we’re likely to ever see her again but hey, we could have said the same thing for the Saddle Arabians.
The combination of upswept hair and stark white coat suggest Japanese formality to me. The fan headdress is also a fairly rare style, as far as I can tell.
Her color scheme is white with light blue accents (her irises and her outfit’s main jewels). The headdress itself is quite shiny.
I propose Ice Mirror, as a translation of her native Neighponese name, Kagami no Kori. There’s a mild pun in that: Amaterasu’s Mirror is kept in the shrine at Ise.

The Maretonians themselves deny any links between this issue and their traditional royal headdresses, as they view such allegations as being insulting and mocking of their traditions. Nonetheless, it is widely agreed among their neighbors that their towering headgear are meant to, if not really bring them on truly equal heights with alicorns, kirin elders and buffalo chieftains, at least afford them some sense of the increased verticality most people have come to associate with monarchy and heads of state.
