I think this is a joke on Gallus’ colors. The Flag of Sweden is blue and yellow, and care to take a guess what pelt shade he’s got?

It’s more or less just a coincidence that the background is the Swedish flag. The artist posted a picture earlier of Gabby with the same cross background, but using her color palette.
Rainbow Dash could also be Hawaiian, I guess
