Since when did hasbro not make unicorns? ANd don’t get all ‘twilicorn’ on me, as Rarity is still a unicorn, as is SUnset shimmer, and about half a million blind bags.

Because the artist chose to stop the eyes at nose-level, so it looks more human and appealing. Like it has cheek bones. In the show, the eyes dip below nose-level. Looks cute in 2D, kinda questionable in 3D.
