Yea I kind of agree with Oliver on his comment. But I still really love how the artist draws eyes. I have not found a good method to use myself, and most guides I find are focused on paint tool sai or similer.

i’ve seen the older work and comparing some of it with this one, the eyes seems to have cataracts, the color over the pupil is giving that effect
