Those front arms look REALLY awkward. Moving from pony looking hind legs to thinner forelegs just does not work.

Aren’t dragons already gothic-looking? Add a pony in that mix, and you have an almost creepy creature.  
Plus, I think Rarity would tolerate it (gothness) if it was fashionable enough.
