9000 ml is a LOT. Even ABDL branded dips (which tend to range from 4500ml to 6000ml) max out at 7500 ml. The longest any dip is rated for is 12 hours, due to the material degradation which tends to occur after that much time.

Well a human bladder holds 400-700 ml, so that’s ~16 wettings? For a little pony that thing could last weeks.
