In as far as the film rignts go… That is correct. I said that Marvel / Disney own him (i.e. Spiders), on Paper (e.g. on Comic Books), but. not on Celluloid (e.g. Film).

sony and fox only have film rights.

Perhaps on Paper… On Celluloid, he’s S0NY’s. Till the contract expires anyway.
It’s kinda the same story with Deadpool, and the X-Men, but they’re owned by 20th Century Fox. It’s also why AoS has In-Humans, and not Muts. ’Cause 20th Century Fox owns the term ‘Mutants’, and Dizzny c/o ABC TV does not.

Relax, it wasn’t their fault. Disney Channel already aired some shows from Disney XD.

The only reason he showed up in the last Captain el-Amerecano, was cause S0NY needed them to something with the Character to avoid yet another pointless origin story.

i.e. unlike other countries that either encrypt the shyaaayt, or shrink the spot beams down to the tightest possible locations. Most of the German stuff that isn’t Sky (e.g. Premiere, e.g. DF1), is largely FTA. Disey (SD), just, happens to be one of those Channels. Disey (HD), however is locked along with the other Commercial Broadcasters (RTL, ProSeiben, Sat.1 etc). In something that they call HD+ which they want upwards of 5€‘s a Month to view.
Needless to say I don’t bother viewing such Channels.
They don’t seem to understand that foreign country tv channels don’t have the same programs America does.
