  1. Dr. Bright may not attempt to neutralize SCP-682 using “The Power of Friendship.”
     
    234.1) Nor is he to attempt it using “The Power of Love.”
     
    234.2) Dr. Bright is not allowed to use any sort of “Power” on SCP-682 which has not been proven to actually exist.
