Yeah, the promo presented about half the scenes that would seem to be part of the 2part finale from this episode.
But I mean, that’s sorta good. I feel they tipped just a bit too much on actual final 2 part stuff with that promo (blowing out 1/2 the castle, wendigos, etc.)
Wouldn’t be the first time such a thing has happened.
It’s not the uniform that makes the Wonderbolt.
Tirek must be a soft boi if he can’t take punches to the face. Then again, Fluttershy breaking necks puts bears to sleep. Totally not dead.

I know for a fact that that an action like this wont happen on the show,i remember that at one McCarthy said that Hasbro Standards and Practices removed a scene in s04e26 where Twilight punched Tirek on the top of the head (in the scene where Tirek tackled Twilight and she had to defend herself IIRC) because it was too violent for a TV-Y show
