I link the concept of the CMC having hoodies that look like each other, your pic is cute!
(I’m the artist.) Scootaloo’s wings are under her hoodie. Also, the only reason hers has a horn on it was because the mane on the hood looked really weird without it, so I added it. Putting wings on AB’s hoodie made it look funny, so I left them off. :P
maybe it doesn’t have wing holes cause it was made by sweetie belle
I assume Scootaloo’s wings are hidden under her clothes. And the hoodie version of her doesn’t have wings because she can’t fly anyway lololololol
