The gun is 88mm (or at least has the design of it). Also note the bell mantle and angle of the armor covering the tracks.

That actually appears to be a Panther I, from what I judge, Tiger II turrets were more rectangular/trapezoidal from the side if I’m not mistaken

It’s a Tiger II, judging by the turret. It is lacking the reinforcements on the sides of the turret and its not nearly as long as it should be, though.
