No it shouldn’t because:  
  1. The G5 leak actually had multiple different styles in it  
  2. There’s been fanart in this sort of style long before we got the G5 leaks  
  3. Simply drawing classical unicorns doesn’t equal to drawing something related to G5  
  4. This particular artist has been drawing in this style from before the G5 leaks  
  5. Nothing in the description make any sort of reference to G5, ergo it’s safe to assume this has nothing to do wiith G5.
