Upvotes isn’t really a good way to determine whether you’re right or not.. I mean, I agree that homelessness is a thing, but this could genuinely just be handing out food to a random dude.

I’m sure there are homeless ponies in equestria for various reasons (and places that feed and house them), it’s just unlikely that this depicts that.
