This picture is set in an AU where instead of Tank, Dashie got an Eevee for a pet, is the official Wonderbolts scouter and trainer, and decided to help Scootaloo into the sky with prosthetic limbs. Sure enough her, at 18, her adopted sister was eager to learn, but first she has to be pass the entrance exam by being drilled by both Rainbow and her Eevee, Fukko (pronounced Foo koh) They may be nice characters, but Scootaloo has to toughen up.
