Well, I meant the hairstyle looks a bit like of Equestria Girls Rarity…although not that much now when I consider it…
Well the one on the right’s hair color is lifted straight off Capper’s head tuft…
I think he’s just referring to them both having purple hair.

No, they’ve got a human mom. Hence why they look like they’re half-human half-catperson instead of half-catperson half-unicorn.
